The r.tec S system consists of a polyester/needle-felt tube which is coated with a polyolefin layer. The tube liner is impregnated with a two-component epoxy resin and subsequently inverted into the old pipe by means of the reversed lining technique. The resin is preferably cured by steam, alternatively by hot water. The system is preferably installed without a pre-liner to achieve adhesion to the existing pipeline. Additional sealing methods used in systems without adhesion are therefore not required. The r.tec S3V1 system consists of a circular woven, coated fabric hose and additional needle felt layers. The wall thickness depends on the thickness and number of needle felt layers. The system is suited for pressure pipes used in the wastewater and industrial sector. Static calculations are performed in accordance with ATV M 127-2 or ASTM 1216. The r.tec W2 system consists of a circular woven, coated fabric hose and an additional needle felt layer, which serves as an additional carrier medium for the resin. The carrier medium assures an even distribution of the resin around the circumference and consistent adhesion quality. The tube liner is impregnated with a two-component epoxy resin and subsequently inverted into the old pipe by means of the reversed lining technique. The resin is preferably cured by steam, alternatively by hot water. The system must be installed without a pre-liner to achieve the necessary adhesion with the existing pipe. Additional sealing at pipe ends is not required, but desirable to safeguard against mechanical damage. The system is suited for pressure pipes used in the drinking water and industrial sector. The system is designed for use as coating and for corrosion protection.

depends on the thickness and number of needle felt layers.
The system is preferably installed without a pre-liner to achieve adhesion with the existing pipeline. Additional sealing at
pipe ends is not required. Pipe ends are sealed with special inside sealing collars, connecting pipes are sealed off by using
the patented "Rabmer Coupling" method.

The tube liner is impregnated with a two-component epoxy resin and subsequently inverted into the old pipe by means of the reversed lining technique. The resin is preferably cured by steam, alternatively by hot water. The system can be installed with or without a pre-liner If a pre-liner is used, the liner functions as a stand-alone liner (a new pipe). The adhesion method is then directly applied on the liner. The system is suited for pressure pipes used in the drinking water and industrial sector. Static calculations are performed in accordance with ASTM 1216. The system r.tec G2 consists of a circular woven, coated fabric hose and an additional needle felt layer, which serves as an additional carrier medium for the resin. The carrier medium assures an even distribution of the resin around the circumference and consistent adhesion quality.
